My martial arts background has led me to meet, train and learn from some of the top fighter conditioning coaches. Being around this lifestyle since as young as I can remember, kept my foot in the door of the community. After some time I went on to helping fighters reach their goal weights as well as full fighter weight management coaching and consulting. To now running my own independent strength and conditioning programs. My true passion lies in overall well being of people, while promoting healthy decisions is at the top of the list. I've been a personal trainer motivational speaker and diet advisor since 2009.
